Yes. We broker property on the inhabited islands — Santiago, São Vicente, Sal, Boa Vista, Maio, Fogo, Brava, Santo Antão and São Nicolau — covering their municipalities. Our head office is in Palmarejo, Praia.
The initial valuation is free and without obligation. The commission and type of agreement are set out clearly and in writing before we begin.
Yes. We arrange in-person viewings on any island and, if you prefer, send photos and video. We stay with you at every stage, from first contact to the deed.
Yes. We follow the whole documentary process — tax record, registry, promissory contract and deed or tenancy — making sure everything complies with Cape Verdean law.
