- ✓ Your request: island, length of stay, monthly budget and move-in date. With this, we look for suitable options.
- ✓ Viewing and application: we arrange the viewings and the contacts with the owner.
- ✓ Contract: support in preparing the contract, with rent, deposit, term and responsibilities in writing.
- ✓ During the tenancy: support at check-in, at check-out and with any issues that arise.
We do not quote rent or deposit amounts without knowing the property. Every contract is confirmed with the owner before any commitment.
