How to buy a home in Cape Verde

1. Set your goal and budget

Before you start looking, decide on the island and area, the type of property (apartment, house or land) and your ceiling. Prices in Cape Verde vary a great deal between Praia, Mindelo, Sal and the other islands.

3. Promissory contract and deposit
